When the horizontal and vertical hardness of the spring suspension is close to 1:1, it can stand upright and laterally stable without any shell support. At the same time, a 0.25 thick rubber pad is attached under the base.

The free spring shock absorber is composed of a base (which can be fixed to the ground) and an upper cover (with horizontal adjustment screws and firmly locked to the mechanical equipment).

When the spring is designed, under the rated load, the diameter of the spring should be greater than 0.8 times the compression height of the spring, and at least 50% of the additional rated static deflection, the spring can reach the compact height.
