The concept of laminated wave spring is similar to that of several springs stacked together to achieve the effect of high load. But different from the traditional, we directly wind and stack the flat wires continuously to achieve high accuracy and high load. When pressed down, the inner diameter and outer diameter will increase and they can move freely in the circumferential direction, greatly improving fatigue resistance and increasing service life. It can replace disc springs in many applications.
